  Waited in line for 30 minutes to speak to one of their "bankers." Only one person was working while the other four people there stood around and cracked jokes while doing no work at all. I was there for the simplest of requests: to have a new debit card mailed to my address. Sure enough, my new card comes in the mail, I call the number to activate it, and it says the card was already activated. I go to HEB, get to the front of a busy line with $150 worth of groceries and my brand new card was declined (embarrassing). After calling the much smarter people at Chase's help line, I come to find out that the "banker" accidentally opened and closed three different cards in my name, mailed me the first two which were defective, and the real one that will work wont be here until the end of the week. Two long weeks will have passed before the real card reaches my address. I called the branch and they said "cant you just withdraw money at the ATM?" WOW. Not a happy customer. Do not work with these people if you don't have to.
