  Horrible. Wanted to cash a check for my mother in the nursing home, they wanted to charge me $8.00 to cash the check because I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Excuse me the check is drawn on your bank, signed by your account holder and I should have to pay $8 to get my money out? WTH

  I want to like this place . BBVA is a great place to bank and the app makes life very easy , they have full overdraft protection, which prevents you from spending money you don't have . The overall banking experience is simplified and stress free. This particular branch location though needs a lot of work . The ATM has eaten countless amounts of checks and money deposits and they are severiced way less than they should be - so refunds take an extremely long time to receive, this has made me late on rent due to it eating my PAYCHECK. , the good atm In the lobby has been removed , management has changes multiple times and associates act like they don't have time to deal with your problems. They hardly pay attention to you and seem to hate their job. It is getting extremely tiring . BBVA is great but I suggest making the trip to Hewitt location as it is the only one in town that seems to be good with customer service .
